Americade Motorcycle Rally: Since 1983, Lake George has been revved up to host Americade, the world's largest multi-brand motorcycle touring rally. The rally draws over 50,000 two-wheel enthusiasts each year for a week full of events, exhibits, vendors, and great motorcycle riding through the Adirondacks.
Adirondack Wine & Food Festival: Bring your appetite to experience New York’s best wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, artisan food and beverages, and specialty vendors. Just around the corner from Lake Crest Inn, the festival runs for a full weekend and features top-notch entertainment.
Lake George July 4th Fireworks: By the time July rolls around, Lake George is the place to be for all kinds of summer fun. While the annual fireworks show isn’t exactly a festival, it’s a huge event. The fireworks can be seen from almost everywhere on the lake, but we think the best view is from the beach at Lake Crest Inn.
Lake George Art and Craft Festival: More than 100 artists and artisans are on hand to showcase their handmade wares at this event. Shop, listen to live music, and eat great food from local vendors over three days. There’s a wide variety of products to browse and fun activities for the kids.
Adirondack Nationals Car Show: Fans of classic cars can close out the summer season at this event held the weekend after Labor Day each year. Held at the Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center in Lake George Village, the car show features all the classic makes and models, hot rods, trucks, and more.
