Frequently Asked Questions About Our Lake George Hotel

At Lake Crest Inn, our staff is happy to help guests with anything they need and that includes answering your questions. Over the last seven decades, we’ve heard the questions in the FAQ below plenty of times so be sure to give it a quick read. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us before booking if you aren’t clear on something or have any concerns. We want to make sure your stay with us is perfect and that you enjoy your time at our Lake George Hotel as much as the activities and events in the Lake George region.

Is Your Lake George Hotel on the Lake?

Yes! We are located directly on Lake George. We have a small, private beach area with access to the lake. We also have a lake front pool with spacious sundeck. 

Are you in Lake George Village?

Yes! Our Lake George Hotel is located at the North end of town. Just take a left out of our driveway and you are in the village!

Do you allow pets?

No, sorry we are not pet friendly. 

Are there smoking rooms?

No, all of our rooms are non-smoking. You can smoke outside in designated areas. 

Are there grills available? Can I bring mine?

NO. Grills are not allowed on the property.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available with your room reservation. Due to the small size of our property, only one parking space is available per room. We do have a restriction on parking over-sized vehicles in our lot. 

When is Check-In/Check-Out?

Check-in time is at 4PM and Check-Out time is at 10AM. 

What are the pool/beach hours?

The pool and beach are open from 9AM until Dusk. 

Are there phones in the rooms?

No, our rooms do not have phones. Most of us travel with a mobile phone nowadays. International travellers can purchase a sim card locally or try skype if you have your laptop with you using our free WiFi. You can also use our office phone if in a pinch.   

Are you open 24 hours?

No, we are not open 24 hours. We have specified office hours but in case of emergency there is a number you can dial no matter what time. Reservations can be addressed online via our website which has up to date information on what rooms are available.

What's included in the price besides the room?

We include free parking, WiFi, beach towels, chairs, great customer service and a great location!
