Enjoy Lake Crest Inn’s Pool & Beach – But Please Follow the Rules

Our guests love to soak up the sun and enjoy the water at our pool and private beach. Below is information on questions you might have pool/beach use and rules that are intended to keep everyone safe.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Pool and Beach Area:

What are the pool/beach hours?

Open from 9am until dusk (8pm or so).

Is music allowed?

Yes.

Is fishing from the dock permitted?

Yes, our guests can fish from the dock.

Is there dock access?

Yes, but the slips are rented seasonally. No nightly docking is available.

Are there any rules for using kayaks/paddleboards?

They can be rented at the Lake Crest Inn office for $20-$30 per hour. Staff will review the rules with you and answer any questions.

Do I need to bring a lounge chair?

We provide lounge chairs on the beach and pool deck.

Is there swimming at the beach?

There is a roped off, shallow swimming area for guests.

What about pool towels?

Pool towels are available for guests. Just visit the office to sign them out for your stay.

Is the pool heated?

Lake Crest Inn’s heated pool is seasonal from the beginning of June until mid-September.

Please read the safety rules for Lake Crest Inn’s pool and private beach as outlined below. We take these rules seriously as they are in place to keep our guests safe during their stay. If you have any questions, please contact the front office staff.

NEVER SWIM ALONE
A minimum of two or more adults (18 years old+) must be present when the pool or beach are open for guests.
ADEQUATE SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the pool or beach by a parent or guardian responsible for their safety and behavior while at the bathing facility.
ACT QUICKLY IN AN EMERGENCY
In an emergency, call 911 for help immediately and notify the front desk.
NO SMOKING
GLASS CONTAINERS & BOTTLES ARE NOT PERMITTED on the beach or pool deck.
CARRY IN/CARRY OUT
Don’t leave items overnight at the beach or pool.
FOLLOW POSTED HOURS
Only use the pool and beach area during posted hours of operation and swim only in designated areas.
NO RUNNING, JUMPING, OR DIVING around the pool area or on the beach. Injuries are preventable and safety is everyone’s responsibility.
NOTIFY THE FRONT OFFICE if you see any problems with water quality or the absence of safety equipment.
AS A GUEST AT LAKE CREST INN you have read and understand the pool and beach safety rules.
It is understood there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY at Lake Crest Inn’s Pool or Beach. Please abide by the rules listed above.
